Boston-North Track Club

Run Well, Run Fun

Team Info

Boston-North Track Club was founded in 2004 by coach Jeffrey M. Rockwood.  A graduate from Salem State College with a degree in Sport Management and Human Biology, Jeff has coached at the high school level and continues to coach at the college level.  Competing for over 15 years, Jeff has raced almost every event and continues to train and compete.  After college, he found very few places where a competitive athlete could train and get the personal attention needed to achieve the best results.  That is where the development of Boston-North took place.  Boston-North is a small team of athletes who are dedicated to the sport and are willing to work hard to reach new personal bests.  Athletes who are looking for a supportive team atmosphere and a knowledgeable coach find Boston-North to be a perfect match.

BNTC has a variety of athletics.  High school and college students as well as post-collegiate.  Some students are just looking for a structured summer program while others come from schools that don't offer a running program and need year long coaching.  Coach Jeff Rockwood structures each individuals program based on his/her needs.
